David Stoller is Board Certified by the Florida Bar as an expert in the area of Immigration and Nationality Law. He is one of 65 attorneys so designated by the Florida Bar as a specialist in this complicated area of the law. During his career, he has worked both for the government and on behalf of employers, organizations and individuals appearing before the many agencies and Courts which review and adjudicate matters arising under the immigration laws of the United States.
David Stoller is the founder of our firm. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan (Bachelor of Science 1992) and the Nova Southeastern University College of Law (Juris Doctor, cum laude, 1996).
Claudia Hernandez is our senior Associate Attorney. She is a member of the Florida Bar and was most recently employed by the Department of Children and Families (DCF), Children’s Legal Services, as a Senior Attorney.
Safaa is our Supervisory Paralegal and has been working in the immigration filed for the past 18 years. She has years of experience handling employment based immigration matters, including all types of immigrant and non-immigrant based applications.
Gretchen McQueeny was born in Puerto Rico and has had an interest in working in the immigration field even before beginning to work with Mr. Stoller. She earned a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico.
